By creating an account or using WA Bridges ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
WA Bridges provides hosted WhatsApp bridge instances accessible via REST API. Each bridge connects a single WhatsApp account to your application through webhooks and API calls.
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that these conditions are met.
Accounts are created and accessed exclusively via Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0). We request your name, email address, and profile picture from Google for the sole purpose of operating your account. We do not receive your Google password and do not access any other Google service on your behalf.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including securing your API keys and webhook secrets. Notify us immediately at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice.
The Service charges $3 USD per active bridge per month. Charges are processed via Stripe at the time of bridge creation and recur monthly. Removing a bridge cancels the recurring charge. A prorated refund for unused days in the current billing period is automatically issued upon cancellation, provided the refund amount meets the minimum threshold of $0.50.
If a payment fails, bridges associated with your account are suspended until payment is resolved. You remain responsible for any outstanding balance.
You may cancel at any time by deleting your bridges and closing your account. Cancellation takes effect immediately. We do not offer refunds for the current billing period except as described in Section 6.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events outside our control may cause downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
Message content passes through our infrastructure to deliver the API service. We do not store message bodies beyond what is required for real-time delivery. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect and how we use it.
WA Bridges and its source code, UI, and documentation are proprietary. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of data you send through the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your particular use case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WA Bridges and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
