All limits are per API key, reset every 60 seconds. Exceeded limits return HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header.
When does billing start?
After your 7-day trial ends. If you add a card and keep bridges running, we charge $3 per active bridge per month. If you do nothing, bridges are suspended when the trial expires.
What counts as an “active bridge”?
A bridge you provisioned that is running. Paused or suspended bridges are not billed. You can cancel a bridge at any time and receive an automatic prorated refund for the unused portion of the month.
Is there a per-message fee?
No. Send and receive as many messages as you need. The flat $3/bridge/month covers everything.
Can I run multiple bridges on one account?
Yes. Each bridge is one WhatsApp number. Add as many as you need - billing scales linearly at $3 each.
How does the prorated refund work?
Cancel a bridge mid-month and we immediately refund the unused days to your card. No support ticket, no waiting period. It shows up within a few business days depending on your bank.
