No code required · 7-day free trial · $5/mo

Put your business on WhatsApp.
No developer required.

Connect a WhatsApp number in about a minute, then let the tools you already use do the work — Make, n8n, Zapier, or an AI assistant that walks you through it. Flat $5/month, unlimited messages.

What people set up

The busywork WhatsApp
can take off your plate.

These are the most common things businesses automate once their number is connected — each one links to a guide showing how it works.

Appointment reminders

Remind customers the day before. They confirm or cancel by replying, and your calendar updates itself. No-shows drop, and nobody spends the morning on the phone. See the guide →

Order updates & tracking

Confirmations when they buy, a tracking link when it ships, and an instant answer when they ask "where's my order?" — without anyone touching a support inbox. See the guide →

Leads into your CRM

Every new WhatsApp enquiry lands in your spreadsheet, Airtable, or CRM — with an instant "thanks, we'll be right with you" reply — before you've even seen it. See the guide →

Also popular: an AI assistant that answers common questions 24/7 — see the chatbot guide, or browse all the guides.

How you set it up

Three ways in.
Pick the one that fits you.

Whichever path you take, the first step is the same: sign up, and pair your WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code — the same way WhatsApp Web works. That takes about a minute. Then:

1

Use your automation tool

If you already build in Make, n8n, or Zapier, WABridges plugs straight into the webhook and HTTP steps those tools ship with — there's no app to install. Sending a WhatsApp message is one HTTP step in your scenario; incoming messages can trigger a workflow like any other event. The guides show exactly which blocks to add and what to paste into each field: Make, n8n, or Zapier.

2

Describe it to an AI assistant

You don't need to read documentation — our docs are written so AI assistants can. Open ChatGPT or Claude, give it our docs link, and describe what you want in plain English: "When someone messages my number, save their details to a Google Sheet and send a friendly reply." It will build the pieces and walk you through every step. Each guide includes a ready-made prompt to paste in.

3

Forward it to your developer

Work with a developer or an agency? Send them wabridges.com/docs. For them this is an afternoon of work, not a project: there's no Meta Business approval to wait on, nothing to host, and no SDK to learn. You'll pay them for a few hours, once — then the $5/month is the whole running cost.

What WABridges is — and isn't

WABridges is the connection between WhatsApp and the tools you run your business on. It doesn't come with a built-in team inbox or a drag-and-drop campaign builder — if that's what you want, an all-in-one WhatsApp suite may fit better (at many times the price). If you want your WhatsApp number wired into the tools you already use, this is the simplest and cheapest way to do it.

Common questions

Do I need to know how to code?

No. If you're comfortable clicking together an automation in Make, n8n, or Zapier — or asking ChatGPT or Claude for step-by-step help — you can do this yourself. If none of that sounds like you, the setup is small enough to hand to any developer.

Which phone number do I use?

Any WhatsApp-capable number: your existing business number, a spare SIM, or a VoIP number. You pair it by scanning a QR code, exactly like linking WhatsApp Web.

Will WhatsApp still work on my phone?

Yes. WABridges connects as a linked device — the same mechanism as WhatsApp Web. Your phone keeps working normally, and you can see every conversation there.

Is there a Zapier or Make app I need to install?

No — and that's by design. The webhook and HTTP steps built into those tools talk to WABridges directly. The Make, n8n, and Zapier guides show exactly which blocks to add.

What does it cost?

A flat $5/month per WhatsApp number, unlimited messages. Your first number is free for 7 days with no credit card, and if you cancel mid-month the unused days are refunded automatically. Full pricing →
